Your Task 

To participate in an in-class case study activity. To write and submit a follow-up email after class summarising your recommendations (this is to be completed individually). 

Part A: In your class in week 3, you will form groups of 4 to 5 people to analyse and discuss a case study on communication problems within a fictitious company. In your groups, you will develop an action plan to resolve these communication problems. 

Part B: After class, you will individually write a follow-up email (in a Word document) detailing your recommendations to the Managing Director of the company. This document needs to be submitted to Turnitin on the Monday of week 5.
