2.Problem Statement     
The majority of  businesses  already follow good management practices  under occupational health and safety (OHS) laws, meeting industry standards, adopting industry better management practices, and following other relevant legislation related to the environment. (www.epa.vic.gov.au )
Positive Pumping environmental policy encourages to follow all the guidance to prevent an environmental contamination .The Company Director has the  responsibility to manage  the  business to reduce risk to the environment. However, in specific areas  such as washing procedures in where the operators needs to take out the concrete that is left in the trucks after a completed job may is not  clear on what they should be do to protect the environment, and  how  operate, it is important to have a framework that business can follow  to understand risks and take steps to address them specifically in the response to a pollution report regarding prescribed industrial waste water being discharged to municipal stormwater. For long time, the studies  are trying to analyse how mitigate the effects of wastewater, the procedures and the more effective waste management has been a local  concern for industries.(Hossain,2020)
A proper treatment in  this washing methods which is related of industrial wastewater has become essential, because this is part of the recover process for a freshwater to reduce environmental impacts  (Hayat,2017)
The imperative necessity to understand and implement the best practices in washing procedures to minimize the contamination on industrial wastewater is the fundamental reason for this job apart of that I can generate a report to my Manager. 
3.AIM & Objectives 
To Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of which controls  can be implemented to modify washing procedures for the trucks to prevent any industrial wastewater pollution into the stormwater system.
The specific objectives which will be support the Aim are as follow:
• To analyse the possibility to construct a washbay which contain industrial wastewater that is graded to a collection pointwhich needs to be approved by the local water authority.
• To study and provide the supporting  report  to  Environment Protection Authority Victoria, which specifies and evidences how the process or activity has been adapted.
• To achieve compliance with the general requirements of EPA.
In addition, the limitation of the research is a deep topic to manage and all the regulations that implies to conduct the study. 

4.Methodology , sources of secondary data

This study will be conducted by mixed methodology, such as literature review, in where I will utilize peer reviewed articles, scholarly sources.The design of study will be explanatory research.
The source of the secondary data collection willbecollected fromAustralian Bureau of statistics, Environment Protection Authority Victoria,(EPA),  The Concrete Pumping Association of Australia (CPAA).
