Learning Log Assignment Help:

Task: The learning logs (two to be submitted in the semester) are an ongoing assessment throughout the semester.  There is no page or word limit - my expectation is that you write at least one or more pages per learning topic covered in this unit. There are eight topics in total. During this unit, students will be analysing a number of learning topics focussed around real-life workplace experiences, which are then compared to and evaluated against the formal in-class learning that has occurred within the undergraduate business degrees at Murdoch University. The writing tasks in the learning log may involve personal reflection(s), short opinion pieces, and the provision of feedback/reflection on each weekly learning topic. The intention is that each student assesses the academic overview of concepts, issues and theories presented in relation to that topic and compares this with their own actual experience in the workplace.  The result will be an assessment of the realities that affect day-to-day working life and how these compare with the learning that occurs in the University business degree context.  One possible approach to the learning logs could include reflections on the relevance of what has been learnt in each topic area in terms of what could be applied in the workplace or conversely what (in your opinion) could not be applied in the workplace. Students could also reflect on the present levels of achievement compared to previous levels of performance in the workplace by either themselves, work colleagues, supervisors, managers and/or leaders.
