Identify one or more critical incidents during your internship – describe and evaluate this incident in relation to two of the following theories, with a clear reference to the literature:

• Problem Solving

Structure
• Introduction - describe the critical incident (s)
• Links to theory 1 with reference to the literature (define key terms). How does your experience connect to the theory – does it challenge any of the assumptions of the framework.
• Links to theory 2 –
• Conclusion and reflection – what you learnt from these critical incidents, what skills have you developed and what areas do you need to improve on.
• Appendix – complete critical incident tables (one for each critical incident). These can be found on Moodle.
