Along with the presentation, you will also submit documentation comprising final versions of the artefacts you created at each milestone. Each artefact should be updated or reworked according to the feedback you received throughout the course. The purpose of this assessment is to demonstrate your understanding of the complete business analysis lifecycle, as well as your skills in presenting business analysis findings to diverse stakeholders.
This assessment is relevant to the following course learning outcomes:
CLO1: Break down business problems into requirements that facilitate the resolution of conflicting needs and reflect contemporary ways of working

The case study documentation (artefacts) that you worked on throughout this course.
There are two components in this assessment:
A 5–8-minute video presentation addressed to the stakeholders outlined in your case study, in which you present the work you completed throughout the course (see below, under “Video presentation”, for a detailed description of the work your presentation should cover).
Final versions of the documentation (artefacts) you created at each Milestone throughout the course. Both your video and documentation are based on the case study you chose at the beginning of the course. Throughout the course, you received detailed further information for both of these cases.
The video presentation you submit will be reviewed by your mentor, but you should present as if you are delivering this presentation to the stakeholders in your case study.
The product owner in your case study has noted that not every stakeholder has been exposed across the whole project. Therefore, they have asked you to run a session with all stakeholders in which you showcase the original process and explain the new process. You should include a justification for the new process that will be implemented.
Your presentation will bring all stakeholders up to speed on how the project started and everything you have worked on so far.
