I found this article useful for my research since its content well aligns with the topic of my bibliographic work and targets the use of teams as a sorted and unique feature enabled platform for business communication.

This article has been written by Ireddy and Nungonda, who have in their work reflected upon the significance of effective communication and team collaboration for assuring proper flow of work and collaborative teamwork within an organizational setting in Australia. This article, thus, focuses upon the impact of Microsoft Teams to identify and relate with the team collaboration approaches to resolve the synchronization related issues that are faced by various work teams across the business organizations in Australia and all over the world. This article has been written by two professors of Australian Catholic University (ACU), Niranjan Prabhu and Dustin Marcus. They have in their research work considered the internal and external members of one of the leading universities of Australia, Australian Catholic University (ACU), as their intended audience and reflected upon the technology driven initiative of ACU in terms of shifting its more than 9,000 staff members and business partners, operating as its stakeholders, to the platform of Microsoft Teams for enabling business communication purposes (Prabhu & Marcus, 2020). This shift of platform will support the university in its communication related aspects of collaboration, meetings, instant messaging, video calls, etc with more than 2,000 users of Microsoft teams using it for the purpose of team calling. This article is unique since it considers the usefulness of teams within the university setting and manner it helped the users communicate with each other during the times of covid-19, without hampering the flow and quality of education and communication. I found this article useful for my research since it emphasized upon the usefulness of teams by thousands of users in regard to ACU and its related stakeholders for enabling smooth virtual communication among them.
