Prepare a memorandum of advice addressed to Jo Delaney addressing the following matters:

• Is there any risk in going ahead with the purchase of stock before the company is set up?  

• What is the process of setting up SafeT1st? 

• What internal rules should the company adopt?

A group of local residents want to start a community food hub on vacant land. The aim is to provide food parcels of fresh produce to elderly residents and others in need.  They want it to be not for profit, and to use any funds to reinvest in the scheme.
