In your report produce a simple guide to civil litigation procedure for the Board to consider on this potential breach of contract case, include the steps that will need to be taken to run this type of dispute through the courts. Task 2: Evidence: Report using Harvard Referencing System P4 Explore how different types of business organization’s are legally formed. You have been asked to write a report on the formation of different types of business organisations Prometheus might want to set up or do business with. The Board of Directors of Prometheus also want your advice on some legal issues which they are concerned about. In the form of a report, you need to advise them on these issues which they can discuss at the next Board meeting. The Board want you to advise on how to set up a company including the difference between incorporated and unincorporated company’s and some general advice on company classifications. Task 3: P5 Explain how business organisations are managed and funded.
