Background:
We can see that all companies are doing certain businesses, and there are more businesses in certain departments than in others. The employee business has more personality than any other business, but there are similarities with companies related to the same industry. There are many staff in the hotel and restaurant area. I chose to study team business and possible strategies to avoid team business in fast food restaurants. Does the company have a team retention strategy, and if so, what is that strategy?
Purpose:
I want to introduce you to the business of fast food restaurant employees and explain why McDonald's employees leave.
Implementation:
In order to achieve the goal of the research I conducted qualitative research. I had three interviews with managers of five different McDonald's restaurants.
Results:
When I signed up, I discovered the fast food strategy behind the restaurant course. The team I interviewed thought he had an idea, but it was true. The team went out and formed a new team. This is incorrect, which means that the strategy we found is not a specific strategy. Managers actually hired new employees. I know not everyone can be promoted, but they need to find employees who do not want to advance. Even if you find a job soon, your responsibilities are limited, and managers need to consider these ideas when hiring new employees. Hiring young professionals in high school / university means that most people know they will stop and look for new jobs in a few days.
All of the above means that we have found a strategy for a staff turnover. McDonald’s management needs to test its recruitment strategy to downsize and increase staff. This is the key to how to control the flow of people. In some cases, this may affect the choice of resigning professionals, so managers may need to monitor employee turnover, analyze management tasks and take reduction measures.
