You have recently been appointed as the Health and Hygiene Practitioner at Du ToitChemicals Pty. Ltd.

The products are transported to clients in bulk all over South Africa and the company has 10 large trucks completing the deliveries. Three of the claims were decided in favour of the plaintiffs. A fine of R200 000 was also paid by the company for not providing the correct PPE to employees. Some of the health problems encountered by employees include back injuries, dermatitis, respiratory problems, noise induced hearing loss and mental stress.
