Summarize the business model of the company you have selected.  You should discuss how the company uses technology and why you consider the company disruptive. You should also address the competitive forces faced by the company you choose.
For the company you have chosen, read their financial statements or other financial articles about so as to familiarize yourself with the company and what they are doing. As you analyze the company, refer back to your Accounting 201 class? You should be answering questions like the following: Is the company profitable? Is the company growing? How much debt do they have?  When you reference other articles, you should include hyperlinks to those articles. Look at the financial statements and business news articles related to the company. Public financial statements are required to assess the risks and competition faced by the company.

Summarize the cultural and ethical challenges the company has faced and is facing. Companies like Uber and Lift, have faced legal challenges soliciting rides from places like airports and other profitable venues. Airbnb has been challenged because some innkeepers have not been paying the required tourist and rental taxes required by various states and municipalities. In some areas, laws have been passed to restrict Airbnb rentals by investors. Our neighbors in Lake Tahoe have passed some legislation and are adding more restrictions.
