This element of the assignment examines your ability to succinctly summarise and explain the critical importance of entrepreneurial and Intrapreneurial skills to the contemporary practice of management.

  • The reflective essay will take the form of a brief exposition of one or two techniques that can be used to develop and enhance the individual creativity and awareness that is important to the entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial mindset.
  • The word count for this essay is 1000 words with an allowance of +/- 10%
  • The essay may be written in either first or third person tense and it must include practical evidence that illustrates how and why the techniques that you recommend for developing entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial mindsets are effective.
  • You may draw on personal experience or you can use secondary evidence.
  • The essay must be written in accordance with academic guidelines and include in-text citations and a reference list.
  • In-text citation and the reference list DO NOT count towards the word limit
