Our objective is to achieve a set of visions that promote the improvement of the process described below, in the view of the Marketing Department. This description is showed in 3 (three) phases.

Process description 

Application 

•The candidate registers in the Application Portal, completes the form, uploads documents (usually only the Curriculum Vitae), chooses the course and pays the application fee. When the payment of the application fee is confirmed, the application is considered submitted and receives an automatic email of submitted application. This process is mostly accompanied by the Marketing Department (follow-up of applications and response to requests for information) and IT Services (when there are technical problems); 

•The Academic Services validate the applications and verify the documents; 

•Since this year the application rate has been introduced, there is also a monitoring of the part of the Financial Services in the validation of the payments; 

•The Marketing Department does a follow up to all applicants who did not pay the application fee; 

Selection process 

•After applying, the candidate will be subject to the selection process, which is based on the analysis of the academic and professional curriculum. The Selection Jury is composed of the Program Manager and one or more lecturers and / or course coordinator; 

•If the Selection Committee decides to conduct an interview with the candidate, the Academic Services proceed to schedule the interview, contacting a candidate; 

•If the interview takes place, in addition to the questions related to the selection process, the Selection Jury will remove all doubts from the candidate and inform him of the date of the announcement of the result of his candidacy; 

•If there is no interview, the Program Manager will contact the candidate by email with the candidate's date of disclosure of the results of his / her application, and he / she will be available to answer any questions that the candidate may have. The Program Manager can also get in touch to obtain more information about your academic and professional path, as well as to advise the candidate in choosing the course; 

•After the selection period, the Jury will indicate in the Application Portal the status of the candidate - whether he has been admitted, not admitted, or placed on Waiting List; 

•At a date previously defined, the result of the application is disclosed, by email, by the Academic Services;
