HR Management Assignment:

Task: Research Topic (1) : Leadership Research Problem: To identify the impact of HRM on the business operation It is important for the firms to manage the HR effectively so that it operate the business function in a smoothly manner. However, the research study conducts for examining the benefits of HRM i.e. ( Leadership). The aims is to find:- What is the effect of HRM on the business operation. Such as, recruitment, wages and performance evaluation and fundings. Research Methodology The Mixed research methods such as quantitative and qualitative approach through involving the survey (questionnaire). The research type is close-ended for quantitative to measure attitude and behavioral changes in the organisation. Graphical method will be used to analyze and present the data. The research type is Open-ended for qualitative approach to know the impact through interviews. what is the impact of HRM over the company? How HRM contributes towards the improvement in sales Research Topic (2): HRM Performance during organisational change Research Problem: To investigate the role of HRM in business change. Traditional business focuses more on the strategy of profit making rather than concentrate on the human resource development. However, with the changes in time, company start addressing the people as its important assets. In regards to this research study, it will identify the contribution of HRM in the business. The aim is to find:- What types of benefit company gained after use of HRM?
