2. The paper will be graded on the depth of analysis, specifics of application, cohesiveness, clarity, and overall interest. While grammar is important for cohesiveness and clarity, the paper will not  be graded as an English/Grammar assignment. The paper must use paragraphs. The use of  outline or point form will result in a failing grade. 

3. The length will be a minimum of 8 full pages and maximum of 10 full pages. This page count  does not include the cover page or bibliography. Do not include an abstract. Failure to meet the  minimum page count will result in a failing grade. 

4. Please follow the Chicago Style guide in regard to footnotes. Footnotes should be 10 point Times  New Roman font and single spaced. 

5. Body of the Papers use 12 point Times New Roman font. 

6. The lines in the body of the paper must be double spaced. 

7. Paragraphs must be indented. 

8. Please use footnotes rather than endnotes for citing your sources. 

9. Use left justification. 

10. Your file should be a MS-Word file. Please include the following in your file as follows: last name,  first name - Course Number - Section Number – Research Paper. 

11. Please include the following on the cover page: your name, the course number, the section number, the day and time of your class, and the due date. 

12. You will have to email me a copy of your paper prior to the beginning of the class in which it is  due. Failure to submit the email copy in a timely fashion will result in a failing grade.
