You will evaluate the status quo to discuss how the chosen IHR practices map onto the organisational strategy, and how they can be improved. You will provide specific and evidence-based recommendations via a brief implementation or 'next steps' plan. You present your approach, insights and recommendations in this assignment. In doing so, you assume the role of a consultant reporting to the client organisation.
