Scope of the Assessment

In the context of your essay:   1. Discuss the importance of a comprehensive governance within an organisation. 2. Select an organisation either in the public or private sector in Australia where the strategic plan, corporate governance charter are readily available from the web. 3. Based on the information from the selected organisation, discuss how the principles of corporate governance will be applied to projects within the organisation. 4. Identify the project activities within the overall project lifecycle that will contribute to the corporate governance process.
