Instruction: Each group is required to analyze at least 5 (FIVE) listed companies from the same market and sector in Bursa Malaysia.  At least one of the chosen companies must come from the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Top 100 Index. Refer to the https://www.bursamalaysia.com/trade/our_products_services/indices/ftse_bursa_malaysia_indices/overview) for the index constituents.  Download annual reports of each company (any year but must be the same for all chosen companies). Prepare a written report of not more than 25 pages (12 fonts, 1.5 spacing) which compare and contrast the governance structure and ethical principles of the chosen companies.

Introduction:  

Provide a paragraph of an overview of the assignment. Begin the report with a concise background of examined companies such as main businesses, industries that they are operating. listing status, etc. The selection of companies or sampling technique is explained here.

4. Anti-bribery/anti-corruption policy: Discuss the policy, strategies and actions taken for reported case.                                                                

5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Identify which level of corporate responsibility has already been achieved by these corporations? Is it economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility or others? Support your discussion with the relevant evidence.
