User location service – REST service to collect and store the customer location in the database.

All the cabs which are not assigned a trip, should publish the location periodically using Kafka producer(code/console) and the Kafka consumer must consume and persist the location in the database.

Cab assignment service – Find and return the nearest N cabs to the customer location in the order of increasing distance.
