History

Has chronic Hepatitis B

Consultation

There is a dark area on Mr. Vincent’s right ear approximately 0.4 cm by 0.4 cm, oval in size. The
colour of the surrounding skin is normal.
No tenderness or irritation in the area. Other ear without any blemishes.
Other than Hepatitis, Vincent is in good health with no previous health concerns.

Medications

Interferon alpha-2b recombinant (INF-alpha 2b, Intron A)

Social-psyco

Married for five years; physical education teacher for ten years which is enjoys and is successful at.

Home care:

Looks after his skin with your products brought for him by his wife, your client.
