You will provide a Year 2 portfolio which includes: a self-appraisal, learning agreement and personal development plan; capstone essay analysing your development throughout the programme in relation to 3 of the NMC platforms for Nurse Associates; supporting evidence of the achievement discussed in relation to the 3 NMC platforms you are writing about.

The portfolio allows you to showcase your personal and professional development throughout the programme in relation to the NMC platforms and the Nurse Associate role.

2. Write a short paragraph about your plans for further development once you have registered as a Band 4 Nurse Associate.

5. Complete and submit a self-appraisal which identify your strengths and areas for development, signed by your personal tutor in your portfolio.

6. Complete and submit a learning agreement negotiated with your practice assessor or personal tutor in your portfolio. 

7. Complete and submit a personal development plan for post qualification goals for the next 1-5 years in your portfolio.
