Capstone Project

You will be doing a capstone project as a compulsory component of the programme. A Capstone Project is a hands-on project that lets you apply what you've learned in the course. The capstone project is intended to bolster your learning with valuable hands-on experience to help you develop holistically. You will work together in small groups to come up with innovative solutions for real-life problems, all while gaining valuable insights into the demands and responsibilities of the working world. This provides you an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and management skills and understand the consequences of your decisions.

Please adhere to the following steps and timeline:

1. Form groups of 6. You may choose your own group.

2. Identify a real-time business problem. Describe in detail.

3. Analyze the problems and make recommendations to solve those. The recommendations have to be based on your understanding of and the learnings from the topics studied during the programme so far.

4. You may choose to analyze and recommend based on one or more topics studied.

5. Write a report based on points 2, 3 & 4.

6. Record the group presentation. Presentations should be up to 15-20 minutes’ duration only.

7. Submit the group project report and recorded presentation.
