Individual Presentation Overview

In this assignment, students, acting as consultants, will be provided with a case study. Their task is to conduct a thorough analysis, develop a slide deck, and submit a 5-minute recorded online presentation via Loom.com. This assignment will be conducted individually, and there will be two such assignments. The release dates for the case studies and their respective due dates are detailed in the course outline. Instructions for using Loom.com will be available on Avenue. Breakdown of Presentation Slides (6 slides total, 1 for each section):

1. Opportunities/Issues & Problem Statement

2. Internal Analysis (Excluding SWOT)

3. External Analysis (Excluding SWOT)

4. Recommendation/Plan

5. Timeline using a Gantt Chart (1 year)

6. Budget (1 year)
