Describe the case and highlight the key issues or problems observed in the process of communication. c. Discussion (~900-1000 words) i. Analyze the issues (good or bad practice are acceptable) observed in the case. Find literature to support your analysis. ii. If bad practices were identified in the case study, suggest some communication strategies, which can improve the process. d. Conclusion (~100 words) i.
