• Pengenalan dan latarbelakang aplikasi atau sistem. Sokong dengan gambar rajah, tangkap layar skrin atau ilustrasi.

• Faedah dan kebaikan penggunaannya.

• Perisian, perkakasan, peranti atau sambungan yang diperlukan.
