The Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that hand wash should be done at least 20 seconds for patient's better health outcome. 
 

Conclusion 

Looking back at this incident, I realized that acted sooner as possible to ensured that doctor should have to wash their hand before entering the patient-zone to prevent cross infection (Elizabeth, 2020). I need to develop confidence to challenge the practice of colleagues and also supportive because sometimes they might undergo heavy workload, but make sure their practice should be safe for patient.
