The scenario for your presentation is as follows: 

The Board of your chosen organisation in Assessment 2 (i.e. either Telstra, Qantas, Australia Post, or CSL Limited) have invited you to present to the Board an assessment of how well (or otherwise) their organisations has incorporated and managed change in the past 25 years. 

They are interested in lessons learned from their past and present experience as they wish to use these lessons as an input into a change management strategy they are developing to change their organisation’s culture. 

Instructions

1. Develop a presentation that meets the following guidelines: The approximate length of the presentations is 20 minutes per group.  

2. Use any presentation appropriate software, e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi or similar for the visual part of the presentation.  

3. A maximum of 10 slides is required. It is expected that all group members will participate in the oral presentation.? 

4. Your presentation should summarise the major changes that the organisation has incorporated in the past 25 years (2 to 3 slides), summarise your evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of the change management (2 to 3 slides), and summarise your view of the lessons learned that the board should take note of (2 slides). Include an introductory slide and a reference slide. 

5. Your presentation should be supported by a number of quality references that support the information provided in the slides.

6. Your presentation should be persuasive in motivating providing the board with lessons learned that will motivate them to develop a change management strategy.   

7. Submit your presentation slides prior to the assessment day to the allocated dropbox on VU Collaborate using the following file naming conventions: Student ID, Family Name, First name, Assessment 3.
