Assessment Task 1: Written Questions
Students must correctly answer all questions in this task to show that they understand the knowledge required of this unit.
Assessment Task 2: Research Project – Mental Health and Wellbeing
Students must research an early intervention, health prevention program or promotion related to mental health and wellbeing
Assessment Task 3: Project – Program or Intervention Development
Students must plan and prepare an early intervention, health prevention program or promotion related to mental health and wellbeing
Assessment Task 4: Reflective Journal – Program Implementation
Students are required to complete a journal to provide evidence that they are able to implement and review an intervention, health prevention program or promotion.
Student instructions for Task 1
This is an open book test – you can use your learning materials as reference.
You must answer all questions in this task correctly.
You must answer the questions by typing your answers in Microsoft Word or a similar program – your assessor will advise as to whether you must email them your completed assessment, submit the file on a USB drive or hand in a hard copy.
