Ally says it’s okay, she knows who the client is because they live down the end of her mother’s street and she knows all about their issues because the street tends to gossip about this person. Ally drops the name of the client and the name of where they work during the discussion.

Ally comments on the client’s cultural background and says she is not surprised they have issues. ‘They’re all

the same – I’m so glad I don’t do your job; I wouldn’t want to work with them.’

Gillian is uncomfortable and quickly changes the subject.
