I.List the children’s interests and play preferences:

Child 1 - Xander has a long sight he likes to do puppets.

III.List the children’s developmental needs:

Child 1    Xander is learning numeracy and literacy as getting ready for school.

Child 3    Mia likes to run and they can dress without help. She loves to ride the cycle. she needs support in fine motor skills like pencil grip and cutting etc.  


V. Give a brief description of each child’s relationships, social skills, and development:
Child 1    He is very friendly with the other kids in the center although he has limited conversational skills, he interacts positively with new people through play
Child 2    She is a cute little girl, she becomes shy and hides behind her mother when she enters the center and she little by little mingle with her friends 
Child 3    Mia is a very nice girl and she is very friendly with everyone and she likes to share things like toys and puzzles.     


VI. Give a brief description of each child’s emotional skills and development:
Child 1 - He is a very calm and easy-going child and always looks happy. He is very expressive with his emotion, either he is sad or happy likes to express his feeling by either laughing or making a sad face.
Child 2 - Her expressive language is good so she likes to express herself. Like if she or another child is hurt or sad she will express her concern and give suggestions to fix it e.g. icepack if the child is hurt etc . she is quite funny and makes another laugh with funny faces.

Child 1   - He likes building the Duplo. He likes playing the matching colors and puzzles.
Child 2  -  She can matches pictures to the object and she likes to draw and color the pictures      

Child 3 -   Mia loves to draw and color the pictures and loves with playing the play dough

Child 1  -  He can able to describe the pictures and he can write his names 
Child 2  -  She speaks in complex sentences and she says mum and me went to the park 
Child 3  -  Mia speech is understandable and she likes to learn and she teaches Chinese to her friends and cares for her sister and her friends
