1. Describe what is happening for this community.
2. What is/are the issue/s?
3. What happened?
4. Outline the significance of the issue to the key players.
5. Why is it important and to whom? There may be different reasons for different people
6. Identify the barriers/problems and opportunities in your example. You do not need to solve them in this assessment. 

Incorporate 3 (pass)-6 (HD) peer-reviewed articles on this topic. You will also need 2 - 3 grey literature sources.  Maximum – one quote in this piece
