Topic: You will be provided with four case studies.  Choose one of the cases, and imagine that you are a case manager who has just been assigned to work on this case.  Before you begin work on this case, you need to decide which theoretical framework you will use to underpin your practice. Select one theoretical framework and justify why this is the most appropriate for you to use for this case. 
You need to include:  
1. A brief explanation of the theory 
2. A justi?cation of why this theory is appropriate to use for this case 
3. A critical analysis of the theoretical framework (i.e. strengths and limitations) 
4. How you will respond to this critique when applying this theory to this case (e.g. overcome any limitations)   
This research report must: 
Answer the question in a comprehensive and logical manner.  Illustrate the student’s understanding of the topic and their ability to critique the reference
material on the subject. 
Include appropriate academic evidence.  Be presented neatly in a clear and logical manner in report style, in the student’s own words with any quotations clearly acknowledged.
