• An overview of your company, its products and/or services, and its supply chain structure.
• Reasons for adopting the strategy
• An account of the reasons that led to the adoption of the topic/strategy you were assigned to.
• Implementation of the strategy
• A summary of the implementation process: what changes were implemented and how the existing supply chain processes were affected.
• The outcomes of the implementation, possibly with some performance measurement.
• A summary of your findings from the report and a conclusion on the success of adoption.
• The overall quality of your report and its coherence constitutes the final 10% of your overall grade.
