Add shopping capability to the Order System. 

Perform the following.

1. Modify the page that is displayed when the login is correct to be a main menu page.  It will display the Customer name and a single option to create an order

2. Create a servlet to process ordering.

3. Create a server page to display a list of products. Each item will have an option to add it to a shopping cart.  

4. Create a server page to display the current order (or cart).  Include the price, the line item totals, and total order amount on the page.  Allow the user to update the quantity, delete Items from the cart, continue shopping, or checkout.

5. Format all currency amounts on your page.

6. Create a simple checkout page that displays a message that the order is complete. Provide an option to create a new order.

7. When the user selects the checkout option, update the Order and OrderItems lists in the data access classes, and update the quantity on hand in Inventor
