On January 5, having verified that the compatible equipment was on hand, Alpha dated, signed, and sent back to Piggy the Authorization Agreement. Alpha’s crew began installing the equipment on Monday, January 17, and by Friday, January 21, had installed five of the six coolers with pressurization and calibration complete. The crew chief informed Piggy that he and his crew would be back on Monday, January 24, to finish up the installation. Piggy became enraged and told the crew chief that she specifically told Alpha that installation would have to be completed by January 22 and that Alpha would be in breach of contract if the chief and his crew waited until Monday to finish up the job. The crew chief phoned Alpha and informed him of the situation. Alpha, in turn, phoned you, his lawyer, informed you of all of the above facts and asked whether he is contractually obligated to complete the installation by January 22 Subject Code: CLAW1001.
