Your task is a Project Management assignment related to App Store Optimization (ASO) which entails understanding your prioritization, planning, and organization skills while working with App Stores data and Optimization results. Context

You’ve just received the workload and tasks needed for our team's clients' contracts. As we have two clients, you’ll need to plan resources for all the tasks while considering each member's working hour cost and the client's objectives.

i. Describe a situation where the waterfall methodology was not the ideal approach. How did you adapt the project management strategy to ensure success?

v. A project has been undersold by business development and lands in your team. The scope cannot be reduced. What strategies would you employ?

vi. How do you tailor your communication strategy to cater to different audiences, such as team members, senior management, and clients? Can you give an example of a complex idea you had to communicate effectively?
