The purpose of a clinical audit is to identify areas needing improvement, thereby directing the implementation of education, research and quality improvement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

Task

The assessment requires you to Prepare and present a minute recorded oral presentation of your clinical audit proposal in a PowerPoint presentation. This task builds on assessments and addresses the first 2 stages of the audit cycle - Stage 1] planning for an audit, and standard /criteria selection. While stage 2 (measuring performance) includes a plan for data collection and data analysis, only data collection processes are required to be addressed in the assessment activity.
