• Identify the key issue(s), state the reasons why you believe the issue(s) is/are significant, providing your analysis and rationale.
• State the questions you would ask at the board meeting in relationto each agenda item.
• Propose recommendations to address the issue(s) for theboard’s consideration.
• Describe the anticipated outcomes, assuming your recommendations are adopted.

PART 2
In relation to the 2022–24 Strategic Plan (Agenda item 12) you are asked to prepare a report to the chair addressing the following:
1. Evaluate the board’s role in setting Club Mulgoa’s strategy, including suggested changes moving forward.
2. What key questions would you ask in relation to the proposed strategic plan? Your questions should only consider the plan itself and not the development process.
3. Assess the proposed monitoring scorecard in relation to the club’s objectives and the proposed strategic plan. Your assessment should consider the overall scorecard and each quadrant separately.
4. Provide two additional measures to be included within each quadrant of the monitoring scorecard.

PART 3
1. Identify five (5) additional (i.e. not previously discussed in answering any of the above) governance issues that should raise concerns for the
board.
2. Outline why you identified each issue and what you recommend should be done to address each issue.
3. For each of the additional governance issues, state how you would personally seek to influence your fellow directors to accept your recommendations.
