For this assessment you will use your learning across the whole module and across the program to develop a health intervention case study. To develop a health intervention case study, you need to choose and adapt a health intervention which you can discuss in some depth for a specific organisation. Hence, you will need to ensure your case study is located in a specific context and that you can design an evaluation strategy for the intervention. It can either be based on an actual intervention or can be one that you have invented. An evaluation strategy means a plan for what data to collect and how, in order to review its impact or effectiveness. It is important that you also include a discussion of the ethical issues involved. Discussing the ethical issues and cultural sensitivity should be of both the intervention itself, and the evaluation data collection. You also need to discuss the change needed within the organisation to realise the intervention being adopted and implemented by all relevant actors. Critically discuss management theories and leadership styles that are relevant for the actors involved. Provide an overview of potential factors related to the resistance to change, and how to best overcome them.
