You could also provide evidence as to why the specific social determinant you have identified is considered a social determinant. For example, you might identify that cultural background is considered a social determinant and explain why. Then you might comment as to how this social determinant influenced the interaction. The cultural background might be a positive influence in the health interaction you described, as being an Australian seeking health care in Australia meant that you were confident in knowing who the most appropriate person to seek health care from was in this circumstance.
