Task 1:
For this assessment, you will be placed into a small group of students. This assessment has a Part A and a Part B.
• Part A

Your discussion should also include a definition of clinical competence in healthcare settings. Students are expected to make their first post within 72 hours of the opening of the discussion space.

In this paper, you will reflect on the context of your teaching. Pedagogy in the 21st century has created new challenges in teaching. Using the Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle, you will need to reflect and briefly describe one teaching experience you found challenging related to 21st-century learners. You will then need to compare and
explore your experience from the perspective of the learning and teaching using adult learning and teaching methods and the academic literature. Include how the knowledge generated will impact your future practice.
