• Should we buy software for $105,000 or should we pay a software student to write it for $100,000?
• If we write it then the software student wants to be paid at the beginning and we will pay him/her the $100,000 today. It will take 1 year to write the software.
• If we buy it, then we will buy the software 1 year from now, install it overnight and start to use it right away. The seller will let us pay for it 1 year later. ( 2 years from now)
