PROBLEM #4: Again, consider the formula that compares the fraction of people infected by the end of an outbreak to R0.  Does your value of R0 for the SEIR model make sense in the context of the total number of infected boys actually infected during this outbreak?  Consider how well this model fit compared to the SIR model.  Does this relationship make sense?  Comment on what you think could be at work here.
