To complete the template, you will need to address:

• The name/s of the hazardous substance
• The associated hazards
• How the material should be used and stored
• Specific PPE required when working with the material
• Risk controls, as per the hierarchy of control
• Safety signage that should be used for the material

• Identify and follow safety signage
