General
In this assignment, you can continue to develop the JavaFX GUI application (hereafter called as application) that you have created in your assignment 1. You are also allowed to use the Assignment 1 sample solution that will be released on the unit web site. You are encouraged to modify the source code submitted as part of Assignment 1 to rectify the problems indicated in the feedback received, based on the solution available from the Unit website. You should ensure that such changes should be correctly integrated to suit your Assignment 2 solution. You can adopt any scene-layout patterns that are suitable for the requirements of your assignment 2 and you will be using topics learnt in Week 1 to Week 10.

Assignment Task specification
CQSC is satisfied with the application that provides data entry, and search & display of surgeons, operation theatres and lease-bookings. They have requested you to further improve the system by providing the following additional functionalities:
1. When the application is started, it should load the data from the relevant file(s) related to Surgeons, Operation Theatres and Lease bookings that have been already entered earlier; and display the latest Lease booking details.
2. Performs data entry for Surgeon, Operation Theatre and Lease booking; Search and display the Lease bookings related to the selected Surgeon and/or Operation
Theatre.
3. Saves the data (Surgeons, Operation Theatres and Lease bookings) in relevant files.
