Project Brief Online Booking System for COVID 19 vaccination, Which will provide counselling services to the local community. Currently, all the appointments are manually handled by telephone. The business manager wishes to adopt an online booking system for the client to make an appointment via the Internet. The system will allow clients to make an appointment to visit a specific counsellor at the service centre through either a PC, a tablet or a mobile phone.

There are a number of counsellor available at the center. The counsellors should register themselves into the system and to provide their availability form (monthly or weekly).

The counsellors should be able to make a statement to describe him/her. The counsellors should be able to edit their availability. Clients should be able to view the time available from each counsellor. Clients should be able to register themselves into the system. Clients should be able to make a booking by selecting a timeslot associated with a counsellor. Once booked, the client will receive a booking confirmation.

OBJECTIVE: What does the project work to achieve?

People will be able to book appointment easy irrespective of their near by location (vaccination center). Covid 19 department has also full visible to all the region vaccination center.
