Online EXAM: exam for commercial law (law2442) will be on Thursday 18 June from 9 am until 11.30 (2.5h total). Please put this into your calendar. All students have to do the exam at the same time so there will be a set date and time where you will have to do the exam. Exam Instructions:

Marks: The assessment contains three problem-based questions. Questions 1 and 2 are each worth 20 marks and question 3 is worth 10 marks You have 2 (two) hours and 30 (thirty) minutes to complete the final assessment. You have been given an additional 15 minutes to complete the assignment (compared to the exam which is 2h and 15 minutes) to ensure you are able to submit via the online system. Many students will be submitting at the same time and you should aim to submit shortly after 2 hours and 15 minutes to allow yourself time to submit. The extra 15 minutes is therefore not extra time for the assignment but is for submission. After 2 hours and 30 minutes, you will no longer be able to submit, and no late submission will be accepted. Do be aware that this test runs according to Melbourne time and that is your responsibility to make sure you take different time zones into consideration. Also, it is your responsibility that your IT equipment works. You must use the IRAC model to answer the questions. To support your argument, you, therefore, must refer to the relevant law either case law and or legislation. All references to law should be in text and you should not use footnotes.
