Having completed the Statutory Obligations filenote in Week 5, as file
accountant, you are aware of the the initial information requirements outlined in s70-
30(2)(a) - (i) Insolvency Practice Rules (Bankruptcy) IPRB  which must be provided to Tim
Taylor's creditors via a Creditors' Report .

Task:

As a File Accountant, you have been requested by your supervisor to draft a
Creditors' Report providing initial information to Tim Taylor's creditors. 
Your report should be dated 22nd March 2021, and be written in simple, clear
and concise language as required by Inspector-General Practice Direction 22 -
Effective practitioner communication guidelines.

Ensure that your report  covers  the information requirements outlined in s70-
30(2)(a)- (i) Insolvency Practice Rules (Bankruptcy) IPRB.  
Ensure your report meets the Goals of effective communication outlined in Part 5
of the Inspector-General Practice Direction 22, especially 5.2; 5.3; 5.5;and 5.7.
Please review the requirements for submitting a cover sheet and the marking
criteria  which can be found under Assessment 1 Professional Skills Activities -
Written Communication on Learning @ Griffith before submitting your Creditors
Report using the submission point on Learning @Griffith. 
In addition, to maintain a complete portfolio of Bankruptcy Case File  you  may
wish to upload your Creditors' Report to the Creditors Report  file note within the
Bankruptcy Case File. 

Format:

A Creditors report template will be provided to you in the Bankruptcy Case File Note labelled Creditors' Report (see Assessment 2).
Please read the template, which is provided as a guide only.  Your Creditors report must be your own work.
You will find the information required to complete the Creditors' Report by reviewing the various supporting documents and filenotes in the Bankruptcy Case File.
 
The word limit for your report is 1000 words. If you are struggling to stay within the word count ,consider including  a table which summarises some of the information you want to convey toTim Taylor's creditors.
