Please do not select active listening as this is a combination of several skills including eye contact, posture and paraphrasing. 2. When completing a patient interview, it is important to remember that there can be barriers to communication. Adopting a reflective and insightful approach, identify three barriers you need to be aware of when completing a patient interview.
