Summary and Purpose of Assessment
This Knowledge questions is the third of three assessment tasks you must complete satisfactorily to deemed competent for this cluster of units.
The Knowledge questions assessment task allows you to demonstrate your knowledge about the use of communication, to build relationships, whilst working with diverse people in the community services sector.
The student is required to read the assessment criteria to understand what is expected for this task and on what will be assessed.
Assessment Instructions
For this assessment, you are asked to respond to 12 questions, which relate to workplace scenarios and requirements that will demonstrate your knowledge of using communication to build relationships with diverse people in the community services sector. Please answer all the set questions.
Where
This assessment will take place out of class, and in your own time.
How
All 13 questions must be answered correctly, for you to be assessed as ‘Satisfactory’ for this assessment task.

You will be assessed as Satisfactory or Not Satisfactory.
You will have the opportunity to resubmit responses that are deemed unsatisfactory.
Please make arrangements with your assessor at least one week prior to the assessment due date, if you feel, that you require special allowance or allowable adjustment to this task. Reasonable adjustments could include a verbal assessment.

Simon also has no money, and he has only had a couple of meals, which he paid for with the money he got from begging at the train station.
